Recruitment Process

We've tried to make our selection process as open, honest and straightforward as possible, enabling both you and ourselves to reach the right decision about whether the QUINN group is the place for you.

Step 1: Complete the online application form

The application form stage is where we begin the process of getting to know you. We'd like you to answer some questions to help us determine your potential for success within QUINN group.

The application form has a number of key sections including personal information, qualifications, work experience and achievements.

Step 2: Complete the online tests

After the programme closing dates and if your application has been successful, you will be asked to undertake a range of numerical and verbal tests online. In order to progress to the next stage, you'll need to achieve a benchmark score.

Step 3: Interview and Assessment Centre

In the next stage, you will be invited to take part in a range of selection processes including interview, and assessments centres.

For all programmes there are generally two interviews. We may also use an assessment centre which is where you will be brought together with other applicants and have to undergo a series of exercise which test your ability at team working, problem solving etc.
